12<p><b>To create SoundPlayer files, you must install NintendoWare for CTR and the corresponding version of CTR_SDK and at the same time set the <font color="#ff0000">CTRSDK_ROOT</font> environment variable.<br> To read about how to install CTR_SDK, see the <I>CTR-StartupGuide.pdf</I> document, which was released separately.</b></p>

14<p>Operations that can currently be performed from the SoundMaker menu include those up to creating SoundPlayer .cci files that include a sound archive.<br> You must load the .cci file into PARTNER-CTR/S and run it to play back the sounds.</p>
