Unlike <CODE>OS_InitAlarm()</CODE>, this system does not use ticks.</P> 25<P>This function, <CODE>OS_InitVAlarm</CODE>, must be called before you use any of the V-Count alarm functions. It is called internally by the <CODE><A href="../init/OS_Init.html">OS_Init</A></CODE> function, so there is no need for the application to call it again.
