30<P>Starts DMA once it has been configured.</P>
31<P>This function starts DMA using the configuration of the current DMA register. Specifically, it sets the enable bit of the new DMA specified by <B><I>dmaNo</I></B> to 1. Other DMA-related registers must be set in advance.</P>
32<P>DMA can be configured in advance with the <CODE><A href="MI_DmaCopy.html">MI_DmaCopy*</A>, <A href="MI_DmaFill.html">MI_DmaFill*</A>, <A href="MI_DmaClear.html">MI_DmaClear*</A>, <A href="MI_DmaSend.html">MI_DmaSend*</A>, <A href="MI_DmaRecv.html">MI_DmaRecv*</A>, and <A href="MI_DmaPipe.html">MI_DmaPipe*</A></CODE> functions whose names include &quot;_SetUp.&quot; For details, see the various function references.</P>
33<P>Originally, this function was created to configure only the necessary registers and restart DMA after a DMA operation had completed. That is why this function includes &quot;Restart&quot; in its name.</P>
