37Adds symbol information to the address table.<BR>This function is used to pass static module symbol information to the EL library so that dynamic modules can invoke static module symbols. This function is normally called within the <CODE><A href="EL_AddStaticSym.html">EL_AddStaticSym</A></CODE> function that is generated by the <CODE>makelst</CODE> tool, and does not need to be called anywhere else.
