24<P>This function acquires the lower 16 bits of the tick value.</P>
25<P>Ticks must be initialized with the <CODE><A href="OS_InitTick.html">OS_InitTick</A></CODE> function before calling this function.</P>
26<P>The tick value consists of a 16-bit timer counter value and the timer's interrupt count counter; the <CODE>OS_GetTickLo</CODE> function returns the value of the 16-bit timer counter.</P>
