46<P>The current matrix is multiplied on the left by a 4x3 matrix. This process is equivalent to multiplying the current matrix by both a translation matrix and a 3x3 matrix. Each element of the matrix is a signed fixed-point number (sign + 19-bit integer + 12-bit decimal). If the current matrix is <code>C</code>, then the new matrix, <code>C<SUB>new</SUB></code>, is in the format shown below.</P>
