This function indicates that Nunchuk Control Stick data be clamped to 0.0f if the absolute value of <code>(<a href="../wpad/WPADFSStatus.html">WPADFSStatus</a>::fsStickX, <a href="../wpad/WPADFSStatus.html">WPADFSStatus</a>::fsStickY)</code> is less than or equal to min, and be clamped to 1.0f (or -1.0f) if the absolute value is greater than or equal to max.
