If the queue is not empty, retrieves the element at the front of the queue and returns it immediately.</p><p>If there are any threads being blocked by <a href="../../../nn/os/BlockingQueue/Enqueue.html"><CODE>Enqueue</CODE></a> or <a href="../../../nn/os/BlockingQueue/Jam.html"><CODE>Jam</CODE></a>, these threads are started.</p><!-- write here --></div>
