55<p>Connects to the CEC daemon. This must be called first to all access to the CEC functions.</p><p>This performs allocation when using the <CODE><a href="../../../nn/cec/CTR/MessageBox/Overview.html">MessageBox</a></CODE> class.<br />This function allocates the memory needed to process message data. As a guideline, memory about 20 to 40KB larger than the maximum <a href="../../../nn/cec/CTR/Message/Overview.html"><CODE>Message</CODE></a> size (&lt;= 100KB) used by applications is simultaneously used.</p></div>
