40<p>Gets the system-specific ID.</p><p>By specifying an application's unique ID, you can get a value specific to both the system <I>and</I> the application.<br />To use the same system-specific ID with multiple applications, you must specify the same unique ID.<br /><br /> If <B>Delete All Content and Settings</B> is run, this function will return a different value after initialization.<br /> If <B>System Transfer</B> is run, this function will return the same value on the receiving system.<br /> However, the original system will get a different number because it is initialized after the transfer.</p><!-- write here --></div>
