This must be called first to allow access to a CEC <a href="../../../nn/cec/CTR/MessageBox/Overview.html">message box</a>.</p><p>This function allocates the memory needed for the CEC library to process message data. The memory amount is equal to roughly twice the maximum message data size.</p></div>
