43<p>A constructor that opens the specified file.</p><p>The file at the specified path is opened write-only and made writable. A file is created and opened write-only if it does not exist at the specified path and the <CODE>createIfNotExist</CODE> argument has been set to TRUE.</p><p>For expanded save data, you must explicitly create a file with <a href="../../../nn/fs/TryCreateFile.html"><CODE>nn::fs::TryCreateFile</CODE></a> before calling this function.</p><p>This function does not return processing results and it is therefore impossible to handle errors. In general, use <a href="../../../nn/fs/FileOutputStream/TryInitialize.html"><CODE>TryInitialize</CODE></a>.</p></div>
