41      <p>Sets the priority of a voice.</p><p>
42        The priority takes a value between <CODE>0</CODE> (the lowest) and <CODE>VOICE_PRIORITY_NODROP</CODE> (the highest). Processing runs in LIFO (last in, first out) order.

44        Priority affects the following operations.

46              At each sound frame, the processor load is calculated for voices that have received playback instructions and the playback state is adjusted. Low-priority voices may not be played back when there are many voices to play. In this case, behavior depends upon the priority that is set.
47              <ul><li><b>Normal priority:</b> The voice is stopped and the callback function set by <CODE>AllocVoice</CODE> is invoked.
48                </li><li><b><CODE>VOICE_PRIORITY_NODROP</CODE>:</b> The voice transitions to the stopped state. Playback resumes immediately when it becomes possible.
