44<p>A constructor that opens the specified file.</p><p>The file at the specified path is opened write-only and becomes writable. A file is created and opened write-only if it does not exist at the specified path and the <CODE>createIfNotExist</CODE> argument has been set to TRUE. <BR><B>Note:</B> This function uses a large amount of buffer space on the stack because it converts the path name from a multibyte character string into a wide character string. Pay careful attention to the stack size.</p></div>
