If there is no title information at the end of the list, this function does not block and returns the error code returned by the <CODE><a href="../../../../nn/dlp/CTR/ResultNoData.html">ResultNoData</a></CODE> function. However, if a new title is discovered while scanning, that title information will be appended to the end of the list. Pass <CODE>true</CODE> for the <SPAN class="argument">isReset</SPAN> argument when getting the start of the list.</p></div>
