47<p>Changes the access position in the file.</p><p>Sets the access position to <SPAN class="argument">position</SPAN>, relative to <SPAN class="argument">base</SPAN>.</p><p>Because this function does not return processing results, applications cannot use it for error handling. Use <a href="../../../nn/fs/FileOutputStream/TrySeek.html"><CODE>TrySeek</CODE></a> for anything other than a ROM archive.</p><p>
48This function is implemented to show an error screen when errors occur internally, whether or not such errors are fatal. Control does not return from the function in this case. Use <CODE><a href="../../../nn/fs/FileOutputStream/TrySeek.html">nn::fs::FileOutputStream::TrySeek</a></CODE> on everything other than ROM archives.
