Changes the access position in the file.

Sets the access position to position, relative to base.

Because this function does not return processing results, applications cannot use it for error handling. Use TrySeek for anything other than a ROM archive.

This function is implemented to show an error screen when errors occur internally, whether or not such errors are fatal. Control does not return from the function in this case. Use nn::fs::FileOutputStream::TrySeek on everything other than ROM archives.
