38<p>If the specified block <CODE>ID</CODE> is currently registered, this function unregisters the block and returns the pointer to its structure.<br> Otherwise, this function does nothing and returns <CODE>NULL</CODE>.</p>

41<p>This function removes the data block that is currently registered with the <CODE>ID</CODE> specified from the WBT internal block list. The block list structure and the data buffer that were specified at the time of registration are returned to the user side. <br>
