30<P>Initializes the thread queues used by other thread functions, including <A href="OS_SleepThread.html"><CODE>OS_SleepThread</CODE></A> and <CODE><A href="OS_WakeupThread.html">OS_WakeupThread</A></CODE>.<BR><BR><BR> Multiple threads can be registered in the queue and, by doing so, multiple threads can be started at the same time using <code><a href="OS_WakeupThread.html">OS_WakeupThread()</a></code>.</P>
