24<P>Prohibits access to the ARM9 configuration block.</P>
25<P>Once prohibited, access to the ARM9 configuration block will no longer be possible. In other words, this setting itself (prohibiting access) cannot be undone. This function should therefore be called after configuration is complete for all settings when prohibiting access. However, <FONT color="#ff0000"><B>applications should not normally set this to be inaccessible.</B></FONT></P>
26<P><B><FONT color="#ff0000">Note:</B> Use this function when running on TWL hardware.</FONT></P>
27<P>Because NITRO hardware does not include an SCFG block, this function is not expected to be called on NITRO hardware.</P>
