22<P>When <CODE>TRUE</CODE>, access is permitted.<BR>This depends upon each WRAM register when <CODE>FALSE</CODE>.</P>
23<H2>Description</H2>
24<P>Determines whether any block can access shared WRAM (WRAM-A/B/C).</P>
25<P>Settings are configured by the ARM7. This function is used to read the setting.</P>
26<P>A return value of <CODE>TRUE</CODE> indicates that access is permitted from the ARM9, ARM7, and DSP.</P>
27<P>A return value of <CODE>FALSE</CODE> indicates that settings for WRAM-A through WRAM-C depend upon their corresponding register values.</P>
28<P>These settings are configured by the ARM7. This function reads the settings.</P>
29<P><B><FONT color="#ff0000">Note:</B> Use this function when running on TWL hardware.</FONT></P>
30<P>Because NITRO hardware does not include an SCFG block, this function is not expected to be called on NITRO hardware.</P>
