22<P>If <CODE>TRUE</CODE>, a clock is being supplied to the shared WRAM (WRAM-A/B/C) block.<BR>If <CODE>FALSE</CODE>, it is not.</P>

24<P>Gets the setting for supplying a clock to the shared WRAM (WRAM-A/B/C) block.</P>
25<P>This setting is configured by the ARM7. This function reads the setting.</P>
26<P><FONT color="#ff0000"><B>Note:</B> Use this function when running on TWL hardware.</FONT></P>
27<P>Because NITRO hardware does not include an SCFG block, this function is not expected to be invoked on NITRO hardware.</P>
