29<P>Returns TRUE if the specified thread has already terminated, otherwise FALSE.</P>
30<H2>Description</H2>
31<P>Indicates whether or not the thread has terminated. Checks the status parameter of the <CODE>OSThread</CODE> structure  <EM><B>thread</B></EM> and returns whether it was ended by <CODE><A href="OS_ExitThread.html">OS_ExitThread()</A></CODE>. If the thread has terminated it will be TRUE; if not, then FALSE. If TRUE is returned, the <CODE>OSThread</CODE> structure has already been discarded from the thread system, so it may be used to create another thread.</P>
