24<p>Determines whether use of wireless communications was prohibited when a TWL version was produced.</p>
25<p>Returns TRUE when the device is operating as TWL-specific with wireless communications prohibited. Returns FALSE when operating as a normal TWL.</p>
26<p>This function always returns <CODE>FALSE</CODE> if the device is not operating in TWL mode.</p>
