33<P>A variable number of arguments can be given using the format string <em><strong><code>fmt</code></strong></em>.</P>
34<P>The output format is:</P>
35<P>　<code>&lt;filename&gt;:&lt;linenumber&gt;</code> Panic: &lt;string&gt;</P>
36<P> <code>&lt;filename&gt; &lt;linenumber&gt;</code> are the file name and line number describing this <code>OS_Halt()</code> function. <code>&lt;string&gt;</code> is created from <em><strong><code>fmt</code></strong></em> and the variable number of arguments.</P>
37<P>The maximum string length that can be displayed is 255 characters. If a string with 256 or more characters is specified, all characters from the 256th character are ignored.</P>
38<P>This function is used for debugging, so the final ROM version (<code>FINALROM</code>) will only stop the program (just like <a href="../system/OS_Terminate.html"><code>OS_Terminate()</code></a> ).</P>
39<H2>Internal Operation</H2>
40<P><code>OS_Panic()</code> is actually a <code>#define</code> of <code>OSi_Panic()</code>. <code>OSi_Panic()</code> is compiled with weak symbols. Therefore you can overwrite them with your own function definitions.</P>
