38<p>The scheduler counts the number of times the <a href="OSDisableScheduler.html"><code>OSDisableScheduler</code></a> function has been called.&nbsp;The <code>OSEnableScheduler</code> function decrements the counter.  Scheduling is enabled only if the count is &#x2264; 0.</p>
