This operation cannot be performed on a file or directory with an owner ID that is different from the owner ID of the application program. If this operation is performed on a file, the file size must be zero. If the queue receiving the request is full in the library, this function call is refused and <code>NAND_RESULT_BUSY</code> is returned.
