SoundMaker does not delete files except in cases where a newly created file overwrites an old one.<br> Use this feature when you want to save project files under another name or when you want to organize and check waveform files.<br> 15 </p> 16 <p></p> 17 <h2>Reloading Project Files</h2> 18 <p>To reload project files that were edited outside SoundMaker, select <B>File</B> > <B>Reload Project</B>.<br> Files that can be reloaded are sound set files (<span>.csst</span>) and bank files (<span>.cbnk</span>).</p> 19 <p>For reloading, the Sound Project is referenced, and every individual file is checked to confirm it is a target file.<br> If a file is confirmed to have been updated, the behavior varies depending on the situation, as explained with the cases below.<br> <br> 20 </p> 21 <p> Case 1: When there is no update (unsaved edits) on SoundMaker</p> 22 <p> Loads the newest file.<br> <br> 23 </p> 24 <p> Case 2: When there is an update (unsaved edits) on SoundMaker<br> 25 </p> 26 <p> Confirms with a dialog and then loads the newest file.<br> When this file is loaded, the unsaved edits in SoundMaker are lost.<br> Also in this case, the undo history in the corresponding pane is cleared.</p> 27 <p> If the task is canceled in the dialog, nothing is done if the file has not been updated.<br> (The next time the file is saved in SoundMaker, the updated file overwrites the existing file on SoundMaker.) <br> <br> 28 </p> 29 <p>The Ctrl+L shortcut has been assigned to <B>Reload Project</B>.</p> 30 <h2>Loading Bank Files from Outside the Project</h2> 31 <p>A bank (<span>.cbnk</span>) file that is not registered in the project can be opened and edited in a tab from <span>File</span> > <span>Open File</span>.<br> The <B>Open File</B> submenu is available only when a project is open.</p> 32 <p>You can also open an unregistered bank file by dropping the file on some view other than a bank list view.<br> If you drop the bank file on the bank list view, the bank file is added to the bank list.</p> 33 <h2>Drop-Loading External File</h2> 34 <p>Supports drop-loading project files and waveform files to the application window (including sub windows).</p> 35 <p>When external files are dropped, a [+] is displayed in the mouse cursor.<br> When a file is dropped on a list or the Sample Map, the insert location is highlighted.</p> 36 <p>An error appears when a file that cannot be registered is dropped on a list.<br> During the selection and loading of several files, if there are illegal files, only the valid files are registered, and a single error appears for all of the illegal files.</p> 37 <p></p> 38 <p></p> 39 40<hr><p>CONFIDENTIAL</p></body> </html> 41 42
