35<p>This function ensures that proper code and maps are set up to handle key processing for the JP region. One or more regions must be initialized before calling <code><a href="KPRPutChar.html">KPRPutChar</a></code>.</p>
36<p>The region initializers control which key processing code and maps are linked into the application code. If a region is not initialized, its code and maps are not included in the application code.
