34<P>This function sets the IRQ interrupt enable state. In most cases, this is used to return to previous states when the enable state is changed using <code>OS_EnableIrq()</code> or <code>OS_DisableIrq()</code>.</P>
35<P>If the  <em><strong><code>enable</code></strong></em> argument is set to <CODE>TRUE,</CODE> it is set to enabled, and if it is set to <CODE>FALSE</CODE>, it is set to disabled.</P>
36<P>The returned value is the IRQ interrupt enable state before calling this function.</P>
