33<p>This function returns the status of the V-Blank interrupt request generation enable flag before this function was called. When it is prohibited, a value of 0 is returned. When it is permitted, a value other than the value of 0 is returned.</p>

35<P>If the argument is <CODE>TRUE</CODE>, this function generates a V-Blank interrupt request. If it is <CODE>FALSE</CODE>, it does not generate one.</P>
