42<P>This function specifies the flip and affine transformation effects and stores them in <code>*</code><em><strong><code>oam</code></strong></em>. <em><strong><code>rsParam</code></strong></em> is valid only when affine transformation has been specified with <em><strong><code>effect</code></strong></em>. The affine transformation to be applied to OBJ can be specified with an index. Refer to the <A href="G2_SetOBJAttr.html"><CODE>G2_SetOBJAttr</CODE></A> function for details on the <CODE>GXOamEffect</CODE> type.</P>
