32<H2>Description</H2>
33<P>When not <CODE>FALSE</CODE>, this function uses the CPU to force termination of the 2D graphics circuit. During a forced blank, the 2D graphics circuit will not access VRAM and the LCD screen will be set to display white. However, the internal HV sync counters are operating even during a forced blank. When the internal HV sync counters change the force blank during the display period, switching from ON to OFF will take place immediately after setting; switching from OFF to ON will take place at the beginning of the third line after the setting.</P>
