24<p>Returns <CODE>TRUE</CODE> if the Game Card is accessible in the current state, and <CODE>FALSE</CODE> otherwise.</p>

26<P>Determines whether the Game Card is accessible in the current state. The program will be forced to halt if the Game Card is accessed when prohibited by the current state. A child program that has started from a wireless download will return FALSE in its initial state. Use the <A href="CARD_Enable.html"><CODE>CARD_Enable</CODE></A> function to change the state to enable access. <br>
