42<p><code>AXSetVoiceSrc()</code> initializes the SRC parameters for a specified voice. Once a voice is running, use <code>AXSetVoiceSrcRatio()</code> to modify the voice's pitch. This function also asserts the appropriate synchronization flags in <code>axvpb.sync</code>.</p>
