35<p>The <code>AXSetVoiceItdOn</code> function turns on Initial Time Delay (ITD) for the specified voice. ITD allows the user to specify a small phase delay between left and right channel mix, for a given sound effect.</p>
36<p>By default, ITD is <B>off</B> when a voice is acquired. This function also asserts the synchronization flag corresponding to <code>axvpb.sync</code>.</p>
