36<p>This function initializes the simple player's control structure (the <code>THPSimple</code> structure), enables a locked cache, and calls <a href="../low/THPInit.html"><code>THPInit</code></a>, a THP library low-level API function. In addition, it registers a callback function in the Revolution audio interface to play THP audio data. </p>

40<p>This function's argument specifies the audio library to use simultaneously. When using AX simultaneously, specify <CODE>THP_MODE_WITH_AX</CODE>. When there is no audio library for simultaneous use, specify <CODE>THP_MODE_ALONE</CODE>.</p>

42<p>When using the simple player at the same time as the audio library, be sure to call an initialization function (<code>AXInit</code> etc.) for the audio library you are going to use before calling this function (<CODE>THPSimpleInit</CODE>). When using the AX library simultaneously, call this function when AX sound output is silent. </p>
