If there is no need to convert the SE playback frequency, set the SE default playback frequency (<code>sound->sampleRate</code>) to <code>sampleRate</code>.</p> 50 51<p><STRONG>NB</STRONG>: This function sets only the <code>AXPBADDR</code> and <code>AXPBSRC</code> parameters for the specified AX voice.
