39<P>This function begins asynchronous division with two <CODE><A href="fx32.html">fx32</A></CODE>-format numbers. It uses the Divider. The  division mode setting before beginning division is omitted. This function is used when the division mode is <code>CP_DIV_64_32BIT_MODE</code>.</P>
