54<p>This memory deallocation function is used by the DWC library. Thread-exclusive processing must be used. This function deallocates buffers allocated by <a href=DWCAllocEx.html><CODE>DWCAllocEx</CODE></a>. Terminate processing without doing anything when a NULL pointer is passed.</p>
