26<p>Gets the starting address of the device memory.</p><p>A value greater than zero must be set in advance with <a href="../../nn/os/SetDeviceMemorySize.html"><CODE>SetDeviceMemorySize</CODE></a>.</p><p>
27In the <CODE>Development/Debug</CODE> builds, if device memory has not been allocated at the time that this function is called it will fail on an assertion inside the library. In the <CODE>Release</CODE> build, the function will return <CODE>0</CODE>.
