27<p>Finalizes the network daemon control library.</p><p>When the library is ended this way, all suspension operations by <CODE><a href="../../nn/ndm/SuspendScheduler.html">SuspendScheduler</a></CODE> and <CODE>SuspendDaemon</CODE> are canceled. However, cancellation takes place only when the internal counters become <CODE>0</CODE> and the actual internal finalization process is performed. If <CODE><a href="../../nn/ndm/Initialize.html">Initialize</a></CODE> has been called multiple times, the  internal finalization process will not be performed until <CODE>Finalize</CODE> has been called the same number of times. In some cases <CODE><a href="../../nn/ndm/Initialize.html">Initialize</a></CODE> will have been called internally by other libraries, so before you call <CODE>Finalize</CODE> make sure to use <CODE><a href="../../nn/ndm/ResumeScheduler.html">ResumeScheduler</a></CODE> or <CODE>ResumeDaemon</CODE> to explicitly cancel all suspension  operations that  have been performed to date.  When the application ends, the library's finalization process will be performed automatically.</p><!-- write here --></div>
