47<p>Configures the <a href="../../../../nn/hid/CTR/PadReader/NormalizeStickWithScale.html"><CODE>NormalizeStickWithScale</CODE></a> settings.</p><p>Behaves as if the movable range of the Circle Pad were multiplied by <SPAN class="argument">scale</SPAN>. When the Circle Pad value is less than <SPAN class="argument">threshold</SPAN>, the normalized value obtained by calling <a href="../../../../nn/hid/CTR/PadReader/NormalizeStickWithScale.html"><CODE>NormalizeStickWithScale</CODE></a> is 1/<SPAN class="argument">scale</SPAN>. When the Circle Pad value is at least <SPAN class="argument">threshold</SPAN>, the normalized value obtained by calling <a href="../../../../nn/hid/CTR/PadReader/NormalizeStickWithScale.html"><CODE>NormalizeStickWithScale</CODE></a> gradually approaches ±1.0.
