(for debugging purposes)</p><p>Emulates the wait time that occurs in a degraded device when accessing a game card, NAND, or SD Memory Card. (There is a 0-100 ms wait for each read and a 0-380 ms wait for each write)</p><p>This emulation feature is always enabled for debug and development builds, but it is disabled by default for release builds.
