49<p>Begins download sessions.</p><p>After this API is called, no new client connections can be made. In addition, clients in the <CODE>CLIENT_STATE_WAITING_ACCEPT</CODE> state are disconnected when this function is called. The server not only distributes the child program but may also distribute the system required to boot the child program. <BR>The server will continue to wait indefinitely for the clients that downloaded the system to reboot and reconnect. However, clients will not necessarily reconnect. (For example, it may be that the download was canceled on the client side, wireless was disabled, power was interrupted, or a weak signal prevents communicating with the parent.)
