59<p>Allows client connections.</p><p>Call the <CODE><a href="../../../../nn/dlp/CTR/Server/OpenSessions.html">OpenSessions</a></CODE> function with the <SPAN class="argument">isManualAccept</SPAN> argument set to <CODE>true</CODE> to enter the <CODE>CLIENT_STATE_WAITING_ACCEPT</CODE> state after the connection and continue waiting for permission from the server. Call this function to allow this client to connect. After calling, the client transitions to the <CODE>CLIENT_STATE_WAITING_INVITE</CODE> state. Call the <CODE><a href="../../../../nn/dlp/CTR/Server/DisconnectClient.html">DisconnectClient</a></CODE> function to reject the connection and disconnect.</p><!-- write here --></div>
