39<p>Allows client connections.</p><p>Can be used in the <CODE>SERVER_STATE_OPENED_SESSIONS</CODE> state (from when the <CODE><a href="../../../../nn/dlp/CTR/Server/OpenSessions.html">OpenSessions</a></CODE> function is called until when the <CODE><a href="../../../../nn/dlp/CTR/Server/StartDistribute.html">StartDistribute</a></CODE> function is called). Call the <CODE>OpenSession</CODE> function with the <SPAN class="argument">isManualAccept</SPAN> argument set to <CODE>true</CODE> to enter the <CODE>CLIENT_STATE_WAITING_ACCEPT</CODE> state after the connection and continue waiting for permission from the server. Call this function to allow this client to connect. After calling, the client transitions to the <CODE>CLIENT_STATE_WAITING_INVITE</CODE> state. Call the <CODE>DisconnectClient</CODE> function to reject the connection and disconnect.</p><!-- write here --></div>
