26      <p>Gets RTC modification offset information.</p><p>The RTC offset value saves the offset between the time the RTC is currently set to and its previous setting whenever the end user changes the date or time.</p><p>Applications can be made aware of end user changes to the RTC by checking this offset value on application launch.</p></div>
