65<p>Registers an independent root certificate with the library which can be used for HTTPS communications. To use a registered certificate in a task, call the <CODE>SetPrivateRootCa</CODE> function from either the <CODE>DownloadAction</CODE> or <CODE>NsaDownloadAction</CODE> class. Only one root certificate can be registered. If there is a duplication, the contents of the last to be registered is what becomes valid.</p><!-- write here --></div>
