40<P>If successful, this function returns the total size of the frame heap (including the header) after the size is reduced. Otherwise, zero is returned.</P>

42<P>This function frees the free region in the frame heap from the heap region, and then compresses this part of the heap. The function fails if a memory block is allocated from the top of the heap region. </P>
